Parramatta Dental Studio welcomes you to their website! By viewing and using our
website www.parradental.com.au and utilising our dental services, you agree to
abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please see below.
1. Acceptance of Terms: by booking an appointment with our dentists at
Parramatta and Cabramatta Dental Studios, whether online or via phone call,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms
and Conditions. This includes our Privacy Policy (see webpage or ask front
desk staff). If you do not agree to all or any part of these Terms and
Conditions, please do not book an appointment nor use our website and
services.
2. Changes to Terms: we reserve the right to revise and change these Terms
and Conditions any anytime without prior notice. Please review Terms and
Conditions periodically as any changes will be posted on this page.
3. Services provided: at both Parramatta Dental Studio and Cabramatta Dental
Studio the dentists and staff are experienced in providing general dental
services such as, but not limited to preventative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry,
restorative dentistry (fixed and removable), orthodontics such as expansion
appliances, braces and clear aligners, oral surgery and emergency care.
4. Appointments:
- a. Bookings: Appointments can be made via phone call, SMS, email or online. When you book an appointment, you acknowledge that the information you provided is complete, true and accurate.
- b. Rescheduling or Cancelling: We require 48 business hours’ notice for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, otherwise a cancellation fee may be applied.
- c. Failure to Attend: If you fail to attend an appointment without notifying the Practice, we reserve the right to charge a late notice cancellation fee. For multiple occurrences, the Practice reserves the right to refuse future appointment bookings.
- a. Consultation and Treatment Fees: fees for dental services are outlined in the treatment plan provided to you during your consultation appointment. These fees will vary depending on the complexity and nature of dental treatment you require or request. In some instances, multiple treatment options and treatment plans will be offered.
- b. Payment options: Full payment is expected at the time of service unless otherwise arranged (e.g. long-term treatment plans like orthodontics). We accept all major debit and credit cards, EFTPOS, and cash.
- c. Private health insurance and billing: If you have private health insurance with dental cover we can assist with claims processing via the HICAPs machine. It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that patient details are up to date and correct with their insurance. Any portion of fees not paid by your private health insurer at the time of claim is the patients responsibility.
